different light

I chose this subject because i like the way the branches look in the night picture. The morning and noon pictures i don't like at all because they aren't that interesting.

patterns

This is the first example of patterns in nature.  I really like the way the mushrooms cascade down the tree trunk and the color of the moss. I think this picture would also look nice cropped so you just see the mushrooms.

This is another example of patterns in nature. I love the pattern on the trunk of this tree.  i would have liked to get a close up of one of the carvings but it kept getting blurry.

This is an example of a man made pattern. I like it mostly because of the angle but other than that its kind of a boring picture.

This is my favorite example of a man made pattern. Its actually a window of a tractor. I switched it to black and white because there wasn't much color in it anyways and it makes it more interesting. If it wasn't a cloudy day I would have liked to have gotten a picture with the sun shining through it.

Fall Colors

I took this picture because i liked the line that the trees were in and their colors are very nice.  I also like the fog in the distance. The main subject is the main line of trees and the secondary subjects are the trees in the distance.

I like this photo because of the trail leading away.  The main subject is the trail and the secondary subjects are the trees. I decided to fade the color so the green wouldn't pop out so much.

Bubbles!

I LOve the side view of this picture Because all the bubbles are visible. I think I would have liked it better if the school in the back round was blurry because it kind of takes away from this picture but i still really like it. The main subject is Sarah and the Secondary subjects are the bubbles.

I really love this photo because of the lighting and the shadows it made of the bars.  The main subject is Sarah and the secondary subject is the monkey bars. I also like this picture because the angle it was shot at so there isn't a lot of distracting things in the back round.

fall

I think i like this picture because of the rusty colors all blending together  and i think thats why it works well for a fall picture. The main subject is the old rusty machine and the secondary subjects are the trees and grasses.

Another good fall picture because of the color. I also like it because of the way the sun is hitting the plant hair and making it look like its glowing. The main subject is the white fluffy plant and the secondary subjects are the beautiful fall colored plants.
